We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. Whether it’s a fault, unexpected wear, or something just doesn’t feel right with your ETRNL piece — we want to hear about it.

If you've experienced a problem with your product, we're committed to making it right. Simply fill out the form below to submit a warranty claim and our team will review it as quickly as possible.

  • Unexpected wear
  • Breakage
  • Fading or plating issues
  • Issues with sizing on engraved rings
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will assess the details and respond within 1–2 business days.

If the claim is approved, we’ll either:

  • Ship a replacement within 2–4 business days, or
  • Arrange for a repair or custom solution (we'll communicate timeframes if applicable)

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

In some cases, yes. If we need the original item returned to process your claim (for repairs or quality checks), we’ll let you know and provide return instructions.

In other cases, especially for minor issues or clear photo evidence, a return may not be required.
